Expected activities:

  • Maintaining and expanding customer and CRM information
  • Processing incoming requests for sales resource documents
  • Follow ups on mailed sales documents and new registrations
  • Receiving and routing customer inquiries
  • Accompanying customers throughout the entire customer journey
  • Permanent optimization of the customer care process
  • Provide input to the sales team for the distribution of the monthly newsletter
