At least once a year, the Lord Mayor of Stuttgart, Frank Nopper, visits the innovative start-ups, small businesses and scale-ups in his city.
The head of the Stuttgart Economic Development Corporation, Bernhard Grieb, was also present.
At asvin, both were informed about the latest developments in cyber security research, but most of all about the resulting asvin products for cyber resilience. For the Lord Mayor, it was both gratifying and reassuring to learn that Stuttgart, Germany and Europe are home to many companies, including asvin and others, whose solutions are setting new standards in key industry segments.
Without cyber security, as both Nopper and Grieb immediately realised, there can be no secure operation in cyberspace.
