Your Mission
- Identify market opportunities early and strategically develop your pipeline – with a focus on ICP & use cases.
- Manage your sales cycles end-to-end – from the first contact to closing.
- Convince C-level decision-makers with value stories, business cases, and a confident presence.
- Build strong customer relationships and support them throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Work closely with Marketing, Presales, and Management – actively shaping our go-to-market strategy.
- Increase our visibility: at events, in webinars, and within your customer networks.
Your Profile
- At least 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales of complex products or SaaS solutions (preferably IT or cybersecurity).
- Proven track record in building and closing complex deals.
Solution-selling mentality (SPIN, SPICED, or MEDDICC is familiar to you). - Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership mentality & drive to build something new.
Excellent communication skills and confident presence – in both German & English.
