AI can now perform complex tasks at extreme speed –
ncluding cyberattacks. Manipulated systems, insecure interfaces, and autonomous AI agents show how quickly this can become a security risk.
Ross is therefore calling for clear rules: companies must know which AI systems, data sources, interfaces, and dependencies they use.
The military use of AI also requires universally applicable international rules and an AI regulatory authority with far-reaching powers.
